Thank you again for your incredible patience and support while we workshopped an ever decreasing list of options to hold our Season 12 Final.
We are very pleased and grateful to announce that the epic folks from Hidden Vale Adventure Park have stepped up and we will be holding a special ‘limited edition’ Round 8 event on their beautiful trails. We can’t say a big enough thank you to the team there for helping us pull this together.
The new details for Round 8 will be:

Grandchester, QLD 4340
Distances:
TBC – very similar to Daisy Hill (Short:12km and Long:18km)
While this date won’t work for everyone, it truly is the very best of the ones we have available to us. And it’s a great opportunity to explore different trails and a part of SE Qld that we don’t usually venture into during our series, so we hope many of you will be able to come on this adventure with us.
What does this mean for you?
Everyone who was registered for Round 8 needs to complete this form so we know what you have chosen to do with your entry. Please choose one of the four options as soon as possible so we can get ready for you:
- Join us on 6 April for the new Round 8
- Event Credit for The Guzzler 2025 with a bonus +10%*
- Store credit for The Trail Co. with a bonus 10%*, or
- An event refund
We have an extremely tight turn around to get this event ready for you so please let us know which option you’d like, by completing the following form by Wed 2nd Apr.
Also, a friendly reminder that with 650 of you, plus our volunteers and suppliers, to reschedule, we’re going to be flat out so please only send responses via the official form to ensure we don’t miss anyone.

*Any credit provided is equal to the amount paid for your Round 8 entry plus 10%, or, in the case of transfers, the amount the original runner paid plus 10%. Transfer fees are not refundable and free entries are not eligible for store or event credit.
