With the likelihood of a Cyclone Alfred paying SE Qld a visit later this week, it won’t surprise anyone that our rescheduled Hinze Dam event will not be going ahead on Sunday, with all Seqwater recreational areas closing from Wed until at least Mon.

I’m sure you’re all as disappointed as we are, but safety is the top priority. Let’s all cross our fingers that Alfred keeps his distance in the end and the impact to our little corner of the world is minimal. Whatever the case, stay safe and look out for each other.
